Packaged with Care

Most of the products offered through A-Z Creations are 90% done online. Customers only see photos of past creations or examples of products that are offered but nothing really in person. Customers do get progress photos of their customized item so they know what the status is. But since they do not see anything in person until they receive the finished item most the time the first impression for a customer starts with how you package products. How you package will show how much time, thought and care was put into making sure items are protected when they are shipped out. We use bubble wrap and tissue to wrap items an to protect them from being damaged during the shipping process. We on top of that include a logo sticker, a thank you note with links to social media pages where they can post photos of them using their items. We also write a personalized thank you on the back. Then we also include a couple business cards. One for them and a couple for them to give to friends or family members who they think might like what we offer. Next step we seal the box with a packing tape with our logo on it so customers know who it is from.
