Why did I start A-Z Creations you ask?
It started as JW Custom Designs which was my initials before I got married. I would use JW Bead Design when I worked with beads way back when and JW Hair Design when I was in Cosmetology school. I changed it to A-Z Creations towards the middle of 2020. My cousin actually suggested it to me. A & Z to stand for both my boys August and Zane as well as stand for all the things I offer... Custom and personalized Apperal (Shirts, Masks), Decals, Tumblers, Wall Art... Everything in between.
I’ve always been crafty and creative. Pretty much as long as I can remember. And with being a hands on and visual learner I am able to pick things up pretty quickly.
Now I won't bore you with my entire life but I will go back about 12 years.
I started working at Things Remembered, in 2009, where they do custom engraving. I learned how to do work the machine and program to engrave metal, glass, wood and plastic. It was a fun job in the sense I was able to be creative in how things looked and sized. Playing with layout, fonts designs to fit with the specific item it was going on.
2010 I planned and decorated for my Brother's backyard wedding.

Fast forward 2 years, 2012. I'm engaged! I planned and had a DIY wedding. I made my save the dates, invitations, decorations, boutonnieres and bouquets for the wedding party and my bouquet. And since I was now a Manager at Things Remembered, I was able to design, set up and engrave items for my wedding. My flutes and servers, the wedding party gifts and frames for our parents.
Fast forward again, 2017, I'm a brand new Mom. I'm no longer working at Things Remembered because we moved back in with my parents and it was a 90 mile drive one way to my store. I told my husband I wanted a vinyl cutting machine. So that Christmas him and my parents got me one and a little workbench to set up my computer and machine on and I started playing around with it making a couple vinyl decals for our cars and a shirt for my upcoming birthday that year.
Since then I have planned and decorated for my boys birthdays since they were born. I have only sold a few decals, shirts, wall art items. mainly to family and close friends, but I wasn't really advertising and I would just post a picture here and there on my private group on Facebook under my old business name.. Towards the middle of last year when I changed my Business name, I made a public Facebook group and updated my Instagram and started posting all the items I was working on or had already done on those as well as in our local craft group and started getting a little more attention.

I also started making custom Tumblers which are my favorite to make. There is soo much possibility and methods to use on them. Such variety. Glitter, Non-glitter, woodgrain, pictures, quotes, names... The possibilities are endless.
